Ok gotcha. Thanks, I was confused a little. Also, if you cast reverb from your GY to copy inc vengeance, would that then give you another 2 copies?

Well as you describe it, it can't work because you can't cast {reverberate} from the GY. But if you cast {increasing vengeance} from the GY you would get two more copies of the spell { reverberate} is copying.

If you had {Increasing Vengeance} on the stack and you used {Snapcaster Mage} to cast {Reverberate} from your graveyard, copying Vengeance, you'd only get one copy not two.
