How reliable is the deck. Gristle rand will net you a kill once he goes off but how often does that happen. I like this idea it would be fun to try sometime

This deck belongs to Jeff our resident pwnr of all since he has the money to invest.  He's not so much a collector as much as a magic hoarder.

Here is my suggestion for your land base.  You will find this much more effective for many reasons.  For one you are more protected against {wasteland} with the basics and fetches, for two 2 the fetches + {brainstorm} allow you to manipulate your hand and deck.  I am going to make recommendations to your other spells next but let me preface that suggestion to talk about {brainstorm} and how important it is to use it correctly in this type of deck.  If you think dropping blue mana on turn 1 and playing brainstorm at the end of your opponents turn is a good move with this type of deck then you are wrong.....unless you have a Kung fu grip.  You will want to have a fetch land already in play before casting brainstorm, this will allow you to draw three new cards, dump 2 that you never want see again on top of your library, and then use the fetch land to search for a land and reset your library.

I don't like running 2 of's but I think 2 each for omniscience and dream halls is perfect for this deck.  I added the 2 additional brainstorm and intuition cuz these are going to help you draw and find what you need to put your combo together.  I also added 3 flusterstorm and took out 3 cruel ultimatum.  The ultimatum is cool but not getting cast unless you have one of those enchantments.  Your main concern from opponents comes from "other non-creature spells" and you could go with {spell pierce} instead but I like the long game potential of flusterstorm over spell pierce where it can soon be easy to pay just 2.

Only creature suggestion would be maybe run 4 {progentius} since {karakas} can't touch him.  I would say {Emerakul aeon of torns} too but that is obvious and I hate that SOMMMABIOTCH!!!!

Dudecore

I've always seen legacy {Progenitus} with {Natural Order}. Maybe some mana fixing with {Cavern of Souls}?

I like the what people are saying, but isn't it risky to only run 2 copies of Omniscience and Dream Halls? I can't fetch them with Intuition as well if there are only two copies.
