Help against annoying elf deck

okay my friend uses a very annoying elf deck that almost every card strengthens his other cards it just about all elf, and it's starting to piss me off, should I use my burn deck or my vampire deck last time I played him I used my vampire deck and got destroyed, I need tips on how to beat this deck

If you make him discard all his cards then he won't be able to play them. lol

Just use something that gets going quickly and can pick off weenies.

{Consume the meek} {smother}, {slagstorm} til they get to buffed up. Really any board wipe will work.

Kill their guys. Trust me. Killing their earliest creatures will shut it down. Kill their turn one guy and his response is ok I've got more. Same till like turn four should be top decking or close to and then he should about die off depending on the build.

Use board wipers.  In red there's plenty, in black you've got cards like Black Sun's Zenith and Mutilate.  Black also has plenty of discard as well.

If this is casual, soul sisters all the way. {soul warden}, {soul's attendant}, {day of judgement}, and {faith's reward}. {safe passage} to survive his attacks. If you can {felidar sovreign} and win.

If you want to stay in black, use {engineered plague} with discard. My old deck used to be designed just for annoying tribal decks. Also, {eradicate} and {inquisitor of kozilek} and {surgical extraction} would work great.

Run board wipes. {Black Sun's Zenith}, {Mutilate}, etc.

{Magmaquake} is good for your burn deck.
