There are 3 or 4 enchantments that cause double damage to opponents, but I can never remember their names except for {curse of bloodletting}. They are very funny paired with Gisela, though.

You'll want some board-wide removal too, and you have the 2 best colors for it. {Terminus} is a must, Use it when your commander isn't on the battlefield and everyone else's is...suddenly you are the only one left with a commander! {Day of Judgment}, {Wrath of God}, {Planar Cleansing}...{Faith's Reward} to prevent a board wipe of someone else's on yourself. I really like {Divine Reckoning} in EDH. Sure, they get to keep their best creature, but so do you. And if your best creature is a buffed up double-striking, life-linking Gisela...you should be okay with that deal unless they have an annihilater. And red has gems like {Earthquake}, {Magmaquake}, {Bonfire of the Damned}, {Blasphemous Act}, {Chain Reaction}, and a million {slagstorm} type spells.

As for creatures, I recommend {Archon of Justice}, {Angelic Arbiter}, {Avatar of Slaughter}, {Mother of Runes}, {Blazing Archon}, maybe {Avacyn, Angel of Hope} (she'll probably get exiled immediately, but if not she's a beast)

Sure, she makes you a target until someone exiles her. But often with all your permanents being indestructible, you won't care too much. Go ahead, swing those 6 7/7's at me. Avacyn will eat one alive and my utility 1/1s will block the rest

Also, if I have {brion stoutarm} in play I can use his abilit while the exile is one the stack to deal 16....and gain 16 life, not a bad boost.

Just some suggestions. I think the ascendant should be in every white EDH, the hellkite and Baneslayer are self explanatory, as for Razia I think she would be good in here with her ability and as a late game creature.
