Clone vs Emmy?

Can {Clone} turn into {Emrakul, the Aeons Torn}? I know about the colored spells protection but it's {Clone}s ETB ability that targets Emmy so it's legit, correct?

Actually, clone's ability doesn't target and Emrakul gets shuffled into the deck due to the legend rule when it hits the battlefield. Always fun.

Clone doesn't target. And they'd both die from the Legend rules.
