So, so many...

Here's one I took apart recently from my deck around -1/-1 counters:

{Morselhoarder} + {Sinking Feeling} + {Flourishing Defenses}

unlimited 1/1 elves and untapping the Hoarder (whatever you want to do with THAT).  Keep in mind that you can untap an untapped creature, it just doesn't do anything.

Champion of lambholt yes. Parish, no. He needs HUMANS. Gond makes elves.

The closest thing that comes to mind is {Mirrorweave}, but that won't work here.  Neither will {Conspiracy}.  You need something like {Artificial Evolution} either to change Gond to make humans, or make Parish care about elves.

Infinite 1/1 squirrels. Add in {Squirrel Mob}.
