Burning vengeance

Are burning vengeance decks still viable in standard or will they possibly be better post rotation?

Well since Flashback was only in INN and DKA, hopefully it makes some sort of reapperance in RtR. There are some decent spells from AVR and M13, but those sets been either lacking in removal or more creature based; neither contributed much to a BV deck.
A top tier BV deck in Standard might be some time away.
