Well if you are able to play a second Dreadnought before he blams your orb you already have atleast one Dreadnought in play. You cant play 2 creatures simultaniously and you cant respond to anything with a creature unless it has Flash. So if you cast 2 dreadnoughts atleast one has to have resolved before you could play the second.

What If I { flash} one then could they enter play at the same time and can I still sac one for the other

Wouldn't one be on top of the stack then resolve first leaving one on field for a second? I guess my question is does the stack resolve at once or top card first?

Terry, in order:

- {Phyrexian Dreadnought} A is cast and enters the battlefield.

- Its' triggered ability to sac 12 power of creatures triggers.

- you {Flash} and use it to summon Dreadnought B. it enters the battlefield.

- its' ability triggers. You let it resolve, choosing to sac Dreadnought A.

- Dreadnought A's ability resolves and you choose not to sac.

And there you go.
