If a fake, the creator went to a huge amount of trouble.  New and guild-appropriate artwork (notice the soldier's shoulder decals match Selesnya's guild logo).  It was printed on a card and photographed (you can tell by the graininess.)  The art seems to fall in line with Mark Zug's other work.

I'm skeptical because the earlier releases of the designs were very photo-realistic with sharp contrasts and colors, but the style in this seems a different style.  The art also doesn't have a "copy" feel to it.  It barely has an "indestructibility" feel.  Finally, Reminder text for indestructible is "Lethal damage and effects that say "destroy" don't destroy them."  This may have changed, but I doubt it.

I can see that, but that keyword seems... So breakable to me. Maybe it's just the Johnny in me, I immediately think of {cackling counterpart} and other permanent token clones, and making a copy of copied nasty with populate plus the card's other effect...

But then again, they printed Cascade. So it's certainly possible they would make another silly combo keyword.

100% fake. Would never happen, card is too overpowered to be a mythic let alone a common, and is missing copywrite text in the picture. Someone just made a hoax for 15 minutes of fame. Don't give it to him.
Aw, wanted to make a populate deck. Gorzo is right, I've seen a guy make cards like this and they look extremely good. (Don't worry, they were tokens)

wow hoist by my own petard i guess the reminder text would have to look like {break of day}'s then.

edit: I now think this. is a total and utterfake thanks for ruining my fun jester.

Legendary Tribal Intant - Jester

Target player's day is ruined.

It's possible they thought that saying "Lethal damage" was unnecessary, since non-lethal damage doesn't destroy anything anyway.  It IS a cleaner approach, and they are always trying to streamline things.  But, they did add "indestructible creatures" which is adding more.  *shrug*  I still have serious doubts.

(nice Shakespearean reference, btw) ;)

I honestly had to {Stifle} an LOL so I wouldn't get funny looks at work.  ;D
BTW, should be {U}{B}.  Blue LOVES to ruin days.

Leviathan

We can't rule out the idea of someone having inside help of retrieving art, (not unheard of) using a convincing mechanic, and essentially rewording an existing card. Then print this On an appropriately sized piece of cardstock. This is all very doable but I got the fake-vibe from the wording. Wouldnt it read "Until end of turn..."

scarsabrex

{break of day} says otherwise.

I still think its faked. He pulled it in a m13 booster? How stupid does this guy think the world is.  Its a good fake but I highly doubt that this card is real.

Coffee Vampire

Something seems off to me:

Shouldn't the reminder text come right after the new ability? And I don't think it would say "to populate". In other abilities, the reminder text does not say "to [ability]". Take proliferate for example. Or soulbond. It just says what to do.

:p seems fake

I wouldn't put a stunt like this past Marketing. I've heard tales that they put a {Black Lotus} or two in Zendikar block boosters as part of the "Adventurers & Treasure Hunting" theme.

We're talking about it right now, that just he kind of thing they want. I'm still skeptical, but it wouldn't truly surprise me either.

Check out {stand firm} or many scry

Coffee Vampire

Uh, in stand firm the reminder comes right after the ability. Just like other cards. In the supposed rtr card, the reminder for populate comes not after populate, but after the indestructable.
