It should be a trades only highlight/ban. You can be someone's friend in gatherer, but not want him to show up in trade list because he is too away from you.

Ok, you can be someone's forum friend but not want to trade with him for whatever the reason. The distance was just an example. Then, if you block this guy, you could stop showing up in his potential trades as well, what about?
