This is a mono blue poison deck I'm working on, I'm sure it's been done before I'm just working through the concept, also I'm keeping it rareless because I want to make an effective rareless deck

id put some artifacts or sumthing in to be able to boost up the power of your creatures. maybe some {silver-inlaid dagger}s of something. Other than that it looks good
