I was researching this one, and in 613.08 they give the example of a creature enchanted with both {Flight} and {Grounded}. The determination is that with two contradicting effects like these, you default to the last one applied in timestamp order. Wouldn't that apply here?

That is the interaction of static abilities.  Yes, timestamp (most recent on the Battlefield) order applies.

I'm working on the wall of text about EofW and the Twin.  It's an interesting rules interaction, but not simple.

From what I'm seeing, the Comprehensive Rules didn't have an example for contradicting replacement effects. My gut reaction is that they would follow timestamp, since they do not use the stack.

If you copy an Evil Twin that's a copy of third creature, your copy will be of the third creature with Evil Twin's ability.
