I think it's hard to foresee, hence hard to counter. What do you guys think?

{Body Double} would make you lose the game if you copied Phage.

The enchantment CBStrad is looking for is {Conspiracy}. And that would work

I assume then that Phage's ability would look for the creature spell that was cast and see that it lines up with the creature that entered, not that they had the same name but that they were the same thing.

It was copied AS it entered the battlefield,, which means the board recognizes it as a {Phage, the Untouchable} being cast from your hand. Even if copying {Phage, the Untouchable} was a triggered effect after {Body Double} enters the battlefield, you would not lose because copying a creature card does not trigger an ETB effect.

Can I get a ruling on this, please?

Anytime a card has it's name written on it, consider it to say [ THIS CARD ].  So if you cast {Body Double} and it enters as a copy of Phage, you cast "This card" and your safe.
