Sorry man but that's not how to play MTG.
I have to stop this game.
I would suggest buying an intro deck and reading the rules. Then ask you LGS (Local Game Store) owner any other questions you have.

Only after u have drawn ur 7 cards at the beggining of the game before ANY turns have been taken
