With 2 of each champ you will usually get them too late. Plus you don't have enough humans for parish to get big even if you do cast him. My advice would be to ditch the 2 parishes you do have and add 2 lambholts. Lambholt can be really deadly if you get her out turn 2 with birds...or even turn 3 or 4. Go all out with her and run a playset.

If I remove the parish, should I keep the townsfolks?

Yes because youre still putting creatures on the field and pumping lambholt if there's something better it should be somewhere at the top of the cut list though

Yeah keep the townsfolks and add 2 lambholt. Lambholt is way better than parish unless you are...not running green. Lol
