Ok I lied, another question, say I get attacked by a 2/2 creature, and I block with a 3/3, and my opponent cast a +2/+2 instant on his 2/2 creature. If I have another creature besides the 3/3 who isn't blocking can I activate it's ability?

Yes, as long as it doesn't say otherwise, you may use them at any time. For example some cards, like {Sadistic Hypnotist} will specify when you can use their abilities. Otherwise, they may be used at any time.
