If a 2/2 creature is declared an attacker, and then I declare a blocker that is 3/3, can then the attacker play an instant that puts a +2/+2 on the 2/2 attacker and kill my blocker? Or is the 2/2 creature considered blocked and can do no further damage?

If the card is castes at instant speed then yes the attacking creature will win and beat the 3/3

509.1h says that once an attacker has a blocker declared its consider blocked

This is true, however, that simply means that the damage WILL be dealt to that creature, and the blocker cannot be changed. If someone were to play a card, such as {Giant Growth} the creature would get the bonus, and do the extra damage.

So what if it's not an instant but an enchantment that gives it a +2/+2, can that still be use after the declared block?

The combat phase is made of different stages, the declare attackers stage, then any player can play any instants or abilities. The declare blockers stage, again a chance to play abilities and instants. Then comes the damage calculations stage. You can't respond with instants and abilities to this stage.

Not unless the player has some card which allows them to cast enchantments at instant speed. Only abilities and instants can be used in the combat phase

If the enchantment is {Marshall's Anthem} or a similar card, and is already in play, then the creature would already have the bonus. If the enchantment is more similar to {Shadow Lance} they could pay the mana after blockers are declared, but before damage is dealt, and give the creature the bonus.

Ok, next question, can I in response to the +2/+2 enchantment tap for my cards ability?

It would also help to remember that activated abilities, such as the one on {Shadow Lance} are all able to be used at instant speed, unless it says otherwise.

Yes you can, unless the ability says otherwise.

You can. If you are blocking, once your creatures have been assigned to block, it doesn't matter if they tap afterwards.

Final two questions, does a 2/2 creature with death touch die facing a 2/2 creature without? And does first strike beat death touch all together?

The creature with death touch would die. And yes, the first strike damage would kill the creature before it could deal damage.

Edit: I am using the same 2/2 vs 2/2 scenario for that last part. A 2/2 with first strike would die to a 4/4 with death touch.

Ok I lied, another question, say I get attacked by a 2/2 creature, and I block with a 3/3, and my opponent cast a +2/+2 instant on his 2/2 creature. If I have another creature besides the 3/3 who isn't blocking can I activate it's ability?
