Don't listen to Kubs, he lies.  It's a sum total of 21 over the whole game.  You need to track that as well.  (One thing I don't like about commander, but I heard it's to speed up stale-mates.)

I may be wrong sometimes, but when I watch sanctioned tourneys. And this is what the judges tell me. I don't like to think they're wrong.

Yeah, BJ's got it (surprise ). All the rules I've ever read say 21 damage or more, total. Which is also why, I believe, there's a commander damage option on the life counter on this very app.
