This looks like the "mono-blue delver" from this past starcity games open. I like the deck. I got to see the deck being played on one of the featured matches. It's got great tempo. {spellskite} can be a good sideboard card. Playing against a deck that has a lot of kill or wolfrun you can bring it in. {cavern of souls} could be a card you may want to add. Name wizards and Tarland all ur creatures are protected from counter spells.
