A flipped delver is still blue, yes?  I wanna use the blue rings on him.

Yup.  He has a {U} color indicator, since he has no casting cost.

You could pretty much add "Resolved" to everything I say in rules.   ;D  I'll let you know if I'm unsure of an answer.

Yes. Any kind of bounce or flicker flips him. They're so easy to take care of these days.

Better in legacy.

This is why {Ravenger of the Fells} doesnt have a enter the battlefield ability, because he can't enter flipped accept in the case of a clone.
