Parallel Season

If I had {Parallel Lives} and {Doubling Season} in play and cast {Dragon Fodder}. {Parallel Lives} would double it to 4 1/1's. So would {Doubling Season} double that to 8 1/1's?               I'm asking because of a debate a friend and I had. This is how I said it worked.
