Kuberr

It was a great deck and fun to watch!

You need snappys instead of Gideon I think though.

Edited. Decided to forget budget and go all the way. Seriously thinking about trying to build this. Thoughts?

I know it would probably be expensive, but I would put a playset of snappys.

I am curious as to why elspeth is in there. It seems like her only useful ability for this deck would be her ultimate. It is great considering you can use it very fast, but it will kill other planeswalkers you have, and also any snappys.

Actually, I think vensor or tamiyo would be a better susbtitute.

Tamyio should be mb, but I think elspeth should be sideboard against RDW.

I like elspeth because I can gather tokens for a possible win, if I play her right. I will probably side board her.

I woul love venser but I am not sure how to fit him in...

Around were I play, there are some pretty strong players, and a couple of people with stuff like playsets of {Force of Will} and the old dualies. My meta is constantly shifting so I am trying to build a deck that I can make a name for myself with, and not spend $1000. I will probably the {Tundra}, {hallowed fountains} and fetch lands. Other than that, will this deck fit the bill? Is it good enought?

I honestly think that building a deck based on what you draw is not a great idea. It is just to unreliable, to inconsistant to be playable.
However that is only my opinion and as we all know our good friend Alexander Hayne won the pro tour dadalalala...
So the miracle dek is very good but agaisnt other strong decks especially with all if mtg open to you, not limeted to standard, I think a miracle deck will just get shut down.
So I would say first proxy and playtest it then if it works buy it!
Not trying to shut down your idea I'm just giving my opinion.

Actually, that was my opinion at first to, but I did some digging and I have seen a couple of successful miracle legacy at decks at proffesional tournaments. My meta it tough, but not that tough

If you are forgoing budget than {venfilion clique}.....goes well with {devestation tide}.  I think Snapcaster is useless in here.  You have counterbalance for control and miracles are too costly to flashback....so your only Snapcaster targets are path to exile, echoing truth, and brainstorm.  Only other suggestion is run Tamiyo over Venser....she offers way more control and usability.....even Gideon Jura would be better in this deck than Venser IMHO.  Last thing is 4 {flooded strand} over the seachromes.  The power to play flooded strand, cast brainstorm to put 2 unneeded cards in your library, then reset your deck with the fetch land is awesome.....or have counter-top in play, respond to opponent casting by using sensei's, if you don't see the right CMC you use the fetch land to reset your deck, and use sensei's again and get another shot at using counterbalance.

Acknowledged and updated. I never knew all those dirty tricks you could do with fetch lands...

Tips please.... If I'm dropping $700 on cardboard I want a strong deck....
