Jace is standing with Niv-Mizzet in the promo picture, maybe he got caught up with the Firemind? Seems unlikely considering how brilliant Jace is, we'll see.

What's wrong with waiting til T4 to rewind (assuming no ramp)
Granted it's really only usefull if you use it with instants or hope they do something on your turn.

Given that a cheap counter mana leak is going out just leaves the first 4 turns counter free. Plenty of decks out there can do 10 damage or more by then.

I can see him aligning with Boris but I thought that he was aginst using red magic because of his old master that brought him in when he living on the streets thought him how bad red magic was. Or was his time chasing Chandra chance that?

He wouldn't normally, maybe by being the leader of Azorius, and all the decadence that comes with being in power can prove maybe Order is a good thing.
