Mill is just to slow in my oppinion.
You have to mill them 10 then kill them with {Jace's Phantasm}

True but I figured the mono blue it would be self explainatory.

Seems kinda slow, and no real way to defend yourself. Wait for the M13 {Jace's Phantasm}, {mind sculpt}, and maybe {clone} to keep baddies off the field.
