You should watch a Kung fu movie with the hearing impaired sub-titles on.  When they are fighting and screaming and what not the subtitle will read *karate yells!!!!

I'd take a note from the Ninja's precon and toss in a couple of cheap evasive creatures to make sure you can *NINJAAAAA*

{Invisible Stalker}
{Tormented Soul}
{Tidehollow Strix}
Creatures with shadow
{Nether Traitor}

Or one with ETB effects you can abuse over and over.
{Cavern Harpy}

Love the deck, though!

You get the idea.

In fact, I'm considering adding a ninja here and there to various decks, just so that nobody knows when the ninja might strike!

So what to drop for 3 {invisible stalker} and 4 {tormented soul}?

[BlackJester]

Drop some Higure and Ink-eyes due to their Legendary status.  Higure can fish out any ninja you might need.
{Skullsnatcher} can sit on the sidelines.  You won't need it against many decks.
{Okiba-Gang Shinobi} can go down a few notches.

I do like {whispersilk cloak} since it allows you to keep smackin' with Post-ninjitsued ninjas to get their effects.

Yeah you need cheap creatures to ninjutsu your guys in, {ornithopter} is always fun and he's free so you can put him back into play after he's returned to your hand.

{Skullsnatchers} isnt very useful but you could use a singleton in case you need one and higure will get the rat out to your hand.
Also, {ronin's warclub} works great since you'll never need to pay the equipment cost.
