Deathtouch?

Can {Vengeful Pharaoh} with his deathtouch kill a creature equipped with {Lightning Greeves} just from the deathtouch? What about shroud or hexproof creatures?

Shroud and hex proof don't save a creature from damage, death touch or not.

Deathtouch doesn't target, so shroud and hexproof can't do anything against it, similar to board wiping effects.
