Can u use cards that are older versions of their standard reprints or do u have to have the current print for Game Day tourneys?

Standard rules apply, though.  they need to be legible, black or white bordered, not stand out from the rest of your deck (if unsleeved, the card doesn't show excessively more/less wear than other cards.  I think foreign cards are okay, but not sure.
