Read {Treacherous Pit-Dweller}'s enter the battlefield effect. With {Torpor Orb} in play when TPD dies my opponent won't gain control of him. I will. And he'll have a +1/+1 counter. 😌

Sorry I updated it now. I had taken it out and added the stromkirks and what not. It's corrected.

{Torpor Orb} ruins {Flayer of the Hatebound} and {Vexing Devil}. Am I missing something?

I understand the {Flayer of the Hatebound} and he will be coming out. As far as the {Vexing Devil}. I kinda want him to come out and stay. With {Torpor Orb} in play the Vexing Devil's ETB ability is ignored. So it's just a 4/3 for {R}. Which in my opinion is nice.
