The thing is, with vampires, you want to be swarming your opponent. On second thought, cut the Swamps and Bloodlord. You don't need too many land.

How many swamps should I cut?

I would say 2 swamps and the Bloodlord. Put 3 Highborn.

Where are all the {Vampire Lacerator}, {Vampire Hexmage}, {Vampire Interloper}, {Pulse Tracker}, {Guul Draz Vampire}, {Bloodrage Vampire} and {Urge to Feed}.

I just recently made a aggro vampire deck and it is holy functional with only 3 mana. Maybe you should try demoing some of your {Drana, Kalastria Bloodchief}. Also {Bloodlord of Vaasgoth} is a card that relies on late game; it's not a fast card. Other than that the deck is prett good. Hope this helps
