The Grave is Our Friend

I apologize for not knowing how to link the cards. Not sure if it is like the wizards forums or not. Anyway stumbled on this combo:

Buried Alive + Vengeful Pharaoh

Buried alive allows you to search your library for three cards and place them in your graveyard. VP does his kill a creature that attacks thing (imagine if three attack at the same time with three in the graveyard), then is back on top of your library for more abuse.

Question. Since the grave is your  friend, is there an order to the GY anymore? I was using {bösium strip} and my friend mentioned he doesn't know how it works with current rules. Basically, it's top card of GY has flashback equal to CMC.

The rule is that the order of the gy should not be changed.  There are older cards that still care ({Nether Shadow}, {Death Spark}).  I don't think it matters for any cards in Modern format though.
