What's the point of the birds of paradise?

With so much ramp (and 24 lands)you should have at least 1 or 2 fatties. (craterhoof)

I played mono green at FNM standard for awhile and problem is removal.

I wouldnt take predator ooze as a main deck card. Wolfir silverheart warrants a spot more so than vorapede in my experience. Why birds of paradise? Llanowar elfs are better since they 1/1.

I did have a lot of success with 3 {revenge of the hunted}

Almost forgot {green suns zenith}

With all this ramp, it couldn't hurt to throw in 8 r/g lands along with kessig wolfrun. Just an option.

I agree with the last two posted. The ooze is great, but I'd say run it as a two of max. {craterhoof behemoth} is just a beast in a dek like this. {Kessig wolf run} and a play set of R/G land.
Also standard pump spells like
{titanic growth}
{revenge of the haunted}
{mutagenic growth}
{wild difiance}
These things a good to run in mono green.
You can also go the counter route and add
{champion of lambholt} and anything that adds +1+1 counters. Works well with the ooze.{blessings of nature} {travel preparations} and the human ranger guy who adds a counter when etb.

Green is my favourite.
You really need something that gives you an outlet and advantage of having so much land.

Here's how I would put this together

If you run 4 {primeval titans} and 4 {dungrove elders} the next logical card for me is 4 {strata scythe} as it makes a beast out of any card, including birds and elves.

Next thing you want is to give you some benefit from having big fattys, so {triumph of ferocity} goes straight in.
Also having the biggest creature out there gives you good place for {prey upon} as some green creature removal. Definitely include your {beast within}s too.

Now trample will be key to your opponents demmise, so {Garruk's companion} is your simplest choice, and as the big fatty I would run 1 or 2 of {vorinclex, voice of hunger}

So, we need to look for an outlet for all this mana. Wolf run would be one option if you have red green duals, otherwise tho they can slow you down a turn if you can't use them. Personally I like to run {steel Hellkite} it has a great pump ability, with instant {ratchet bomb} like effect if damage gets thru. Also immune to {go for the throat} which most people will side into or run in a black deck vs this.

To keep the odds in your favour, you may keep 2 mana spare for {terrifying presence} for times when combat might not be going in your favour. Possibly look at including {sheltering word} for some hexproof life gain (possibly keep in sideboard)

{assetism} could also be good, possibly sideboard, same with {rites of florishing}

Use your choice of ramp, but try and use stuff that drops forests. 6 mana will be the key amount but you should be able to get there turn 3 or 4 no problems. Choose either elves or birds (maybe 2 of each) and {rampant growth} will be an auto include.
{borderland ranger} is ok as he builds your next turn and provides an early blocker if needed.

Also flying will be your biggest issue, but if you can force them to block your guys with them you will be fine. Possibly side {kessig recluse} for extra help.

I use {Garruk relentless} for his tutoring skills and {Elbrus, the binding blade} for some crazy flavor. Also I run {triumph of the hordes} as an alternate win con.

Hope some of that helps :)

Edit: keep an eye on the M13 set, green is getting more love :)
