Not quite how that works you lose splicer and the token no matter how this is done..Blade splicer returns immediately then is judged. If you used {Glimmerpost Stag} or venser then that would've worked

When I Cloudshift blade Splicer it becomes exiled and returns to the battle field at the end step. Day of judgement doesn't effect exiled creatures. Blade Splicer would still return to the battlefield at the end step and create a new token because it is considered a new card.

No, it returns immediatly with cloudshift. Read it again. It comes back immediatly not at the end of your turn
