I think only dealers will have these promo packs.  You ask a retail store like Walmart about it and they will look at you like you have 3 heads.

at 7 am today when I pre ordered it I said 1 day and 7 hours that was 4 hours ago on steam... I also want to get It for the iPad but I cant find the time for that. Anyone knows?
