Olivia Voldren Question

So say I control a monster and it's already been pinged by {Olivia Voldren} when OV takes control of my monster which has 8 +1 counters on it and a {cobbled wings} does my opponent still keep all the counters and the equipment on it when it switches to their side?

u control the monster. yes it keeps its +1's. it also keeps it enchantments and equipments when it switches however they are still under the oppenents control. they have to pay the equip cost and have another creature to get it back
