My only concern is the cho Mano actually preventing the damage. Does it negate the "do" effect and override with the "does not" effect?

Anyways, I am just thinking and the only thing I can think of doing to remove this is disenchant or mass white removal. Everything else can be countered with {Mother of Runes} or really any card like her. But if she gave him pro white, Pariah would go away, so white will kill it.

There was a white intro deck in Tenth core (i wanna say it was that set) that had both Cho-Manno and Pariah in it for this very reason. Great combo, and a favorite of my friend's.

Back in urza's block constructed, it was the big deal. Well pariah on an indistructable creature.

Back then mono colored decks were norm, so it was bad when you played blue mill.

Best bet against this is either RoP blue or CoP blue as a sideboard.

Ditto.  Also, {Pariah Shield} is more mana, but it's reusable.
