Ironically, basic land are some of the most used cards, Yet almost nobody has said them as their favorite. Anyone else find that slightly interesting?

The fact that you are "owning" a color and telling people not to use it.

Also, it happens to be the color I have been using for my articles (I will start back up with BJTs, but I have to finish the contest first).  If you want to make all of your text purple, go ahead. I'm letting you know that I will continue to use purple in BlackJester's Tricks.

No worries.  Frankly, I'd have been making all my comments purple from day one if it wasn't such a pain.  (at least, when you blab as much as I do.  )

Use purple if you like, just don't blow up if others want to use it too.  There just aren't enough good colors to go around.
