Complete sets?

Anyone own a complete set of any sets? I almost have a complete set of Avacyn Restored. Just 6-7 mythics, 5-7 rares and an uncommon.

I have many complete sets ranging back to Unlimited to AVR, but with about a 10 year span when I didn't play MTG. I regret not collecting those years, but whatcha gonna do lol.  I try my best to keep a playset of all standard cards nowadays, but that's fiscally unreasonable for me so I acquired all common/uncommon from all standard sets and have filled in the rares and mythics I've wanted for decks. Whenever standard cards rotate is when I'll try to complete sets for collector OCD reasons though. Most cards come down in price when they rotate, but staple cards used in modern and legacy usually stay the same.  I'm glad I actually had a set fetish when I started playing MTG in '93 since I also collected sports cards, but when revised came out and it was basically the same as unlimited without the 'power 9'  I didn't really buy many revised cards, and I thought magic was dying because of that move. Needless to say while it can be expensive nowadays to play, at least they keep the game fresh and exciting (to me). 

Also I do buy booster boxes occasionally because I like the highs and lows from packs, and i'll rotate any cards with foils I get, and also I give away anything past a playset of commons and uncommons to friends relatives and even the younger kids whom are trying to get into magic.  I'll trade most of the extra better uncommons rares and mythics to fill in gaps I want to fill in my own collection too.

Yeah it was in my tween years when I was more into Nintendo and magic than girls, lol.  Arabian nights, the dark, Ice age, anthologies (lol), antiquities etc. Everything pretty much until the end of Urza's block til zendikar block, then i started back up again, I was too busy with military life and skirt chasing, then marriage, then when divorce happened (thank god lol) I started back up again.

  Many of the older cards are just for sentimental reasons to me, especially because unless you're playing vintage, they're of little other use, and even then you would proxy them.  Hell I remember ironman tournaments we used to play when we'd rip up cards instead of puttin them in the graveyard lol...oh the memories.

Maybe for beta. At least 75k for alpha. Half of which is black lotus.

The only depressing thing was it took me 5+ years to realize she was a 'career' woman lol.
