Planechase Cards in Commander

I gather I can use cards from Planechase as long as they are re-prints but can I use cards such as Baleful Strix which I thInk is new?

In commander, you can use whatever card you like. As long as its not on the banned list. But then again, it's purely casual, if your play group has certain rules against certain cards, there ya go. But otherwise, use whatever you like. I'm personaly going to use {baleful strix} in one of my decks
