Secrets of the Dead

If I have a {Secrets of the Dead} in play and I flashback a {Dream Twist} do I draw the card before or after I mill?

When you cast something from the graveyard (FB. {GraveCrawler} {Havengul Lich}) the Deads ability will be put on the stack on top of whateer you casted. Since it resolves first you draw a card then do whatever the card is

Casting something means putting it on the stack.  This would then trigger secrets of the dead and put it's ability on the stack on top of what u just cast.  Top of the stack resolves first.
