Yeah it's probably not the best all-time card, but a 5/5 flying creature for 1 CMC, l like it more then {Vexing Devil}

It's gonna be great in multiplayer!  You can cast it and still leave mana open for control.

Vampires are going to be ubiquitous to {B} as elves are to {G}.
Things is, {R} has goblins, {G} has elves, {W} has soldiers and now humans (but that may pass after AVR), and {B} has Vamps and Zombies, {U} doesn't really have any small agro tribe.
