Epic, I had a feeling they would print some real mill cards.  Mill needs more good stuff that does not cost 5 CMC.  Wow Jaces Phantasm and {sewer nemesis} in my mill deck......good times 👍

Well now let's look what it takes to get that 5/5 flyer in standard.

T1 you play {jaces phantasm}
T2 you play {mind sculpt} and mill 7
T3 you play another mill like {thought scour} or 2 of if need be

My point is that a non-combo mill that slowly grinds has never really been a viable deck in competitive play.  Cards like this may just make it feasible.  Also, you won't see that 1 CMC flyer in any other deck than a slow grind mill deck.....you really need to revolve a deck around the guy to make it work and it is not like Delver where you can toss him in any variant that has a lot of spells.....you have to put this guy in a mill deck bottom line.

Meh. How about for 2 artifact each player mills the top 3 cards of their library each upkeep. That'd be fun to see combos with.

I think it's mill's equivalent to {Sexy Devil}.

Yeah it's probably not the best all-time card, but a 5/5 flying creature for 1 CMC, l like it more then {Vexing Devil}
