I would throw in a few {Belbe's Portal} though. Very useful in dragon decks.

Less dragons more storm helping cards like {manamorphose}.  Do a web search for red storm decks.  The goal is to cast {dragonstorm} once and get the only 6 dragons in your deck in one shot.  Cards like {burning wish} help to fetch the 1 dragonstorm you leave in the SB so you could essentially have 7 copies of the storm in your deck......4 wishes, 3 storms, and the 1 storm in the SB

Less dragons more storm helping cards like {manamorphose}.  Do a web search for red storm decks.  The goal is to cast {dragonstorm} once and get the only 6 dragons in your deck in one shot.  Cards like {burning wish} help to fetch the 1 dragonstorm you leave in the SB so you could essentially have 7 copies of the storm in your deck......4 wishes, 3 storms, and the 1 storm in the SB

Idk. I had a deck similar to this. If he plays two lowbies and a seething song or two then Dragonstorm. He can get 4 dragons with haste for lethal damage. Which is all he needs. If he doesn't draw it in time, {Belbe's Portal} will put everything else put fairly easily.

Honestly, I would drop the planeswalkers. You shouldnt be seeing a lot of them in legacy, if your oppenent plays well.

What lowbies are you referring to?  I think the lowest CMC is 6 and Belbes is 5.  His best is to draw a 1/15 chance of seething song which he he may get off on turn two if he gets a lotus petal and even then he does not have the mana to cast a dragon yet.  Play test this deck list and I bet it gets pwned pretty easy by competitive Legacy decks.  Not to sound harsh but Legacy has too many decks that kill before T3 and the key to Legacy is low CMC spells that give you the biggest bang for your buck.

{Dark Ritual} maybe. Something to search your library for instant or sorcery or even artifact. Its still a spell for storm if needed.

All you really want is the hell kites and the dragon lord. If dragon storm with four stom hits grab the four hell kites and win.
