Is it a Canadian problem? Because frankly its annoying. MTG products out here are never MSRP. Is it just that the store owners don't order enough? I'd like to pick up all the plane chase decks, but not at 40 bucks a pop.

In the states you'll get them online for $20.  The Hosers will get hosed...again...
