Adds Commander 2016 spoilers and prices to all current iMtG versions.

Please let us know how it works with iMtG 4.4.0, 4.6.2, 5.12.0, 5.20.0 & 5.26.0 as we no longer test these legacy versions.

Doesn't work with 4.6.2.
4.6.2 has rejected everything after 174 - Kaladesh, including this one 181 and 182 also.

Not testing means no testing by me, for many reasons. I would not mention unsupported versions, would I?

Does it download something and then fails, or fails before download?

It takes a first step, of telling me the update will reset all prices. Then it tells me I am already  up to date. (and resets no prices). Remains at 174.
