Reflector Mage Spell Queller and Eldrazi Displacer

I cast {Reflector Mage} my opponent exiles it with {Spell Queller}. Next turn I cast {Eldrazi Displacer}. What happens if I blink the {Spell Queller} does my Mage resolver or get exiled again?

Tldr you get your Mage back.

So the way this works is when SQ is flickered by your displaced both abilities will be placed on the stack, the order doesn't matter here because when SQ's etb exile effect is placed on the stack a target must be declared at that moment. Because the ltb recast effect will still be on the stack, your Mage has not had the chance to be placed on the stack and thus can not be targeted for re-exiling.
