I have read it, it's quite old.
I just bought the new Master Edition reprint is all. If you like character development and diologue it's not for you. If you like massive cyberpunk world action it is for you.
Personally, it's one of my favorites.
His art gets much better over the course of the manga, and in Nehei's next work, Biomega, it's just awesome.
