Saw this sunday, friend of mine was genuinely concerned that this drugged out naked psychopath was patient 0. Took us a while to convince him that people can be totally f'ed in the head, and do things just as disturbing when not on an LSD-like hallucination trip.

Not a zombie. Just a prone-to-violence psycho on a bad, bad drug.
