If you (or other users) want to use both apps on the same device (for example to keep a separate collection for your Apprentice) you can, but you may run into problems of the Restore Purchases nature if you do not unlock All in both apps separately.

Otherwise make sure you transfer your data to the app of your choice, and delete the other from your device.

If you unlocked one but want to use other, it is also possible, but why would you want to do it in the first place?
