I'm not sure I see why you need 12 fetches in a mono colored deck...

Some people believe in deck thinning.

Mr_Fahrenheit

Deck thinning is a myth. Well technically it is a thing, but at such a small percentage that it is negligible. If you value the shuffle effect and landfall triggers then it might be worthwhile in the right mono coloured deck. Otherwise it is pretty much a waste of life. Or more importantly, a waste of money.

Statistically you are more likely to lose the game from the loss of life than you are to win from the better draws.

ELLERfeller

Fetches in a mono deck have gotta go!

I'd also incorporate undying to trigger your grave pact more often.

Funny how many people freaked at the fetch lands. Honestly, I don't have many fetch lands outside of bloodstained mire. (See Edit) I never really liked them until just recently, (I've been playing on and off for about 14 years). Thought id throw a bunch of them against the wall and see what sticks.

I agree that fetches are really good, but outside of a duel color deck they really are pointless.  Since you have no lifegain in the deck, you really are just hurting yourself for a swamp when you could have just played a swamp in the first place and not lost any life. And lets just say you play a fetch turn 1.  Your deck is only 1 card smaller than it would have been without fetching.  Bringing a 53 card deck (assuming you played first and kept a 7 card hand) down to 52 doesn't make that huge of a difference for your draws.
