No way is that real. A -3 that basically reads "exile target creature" and that ulti is way to over powered.

Compare it to {ajani, caller of the pride}'s ulti. Same starting loyalty, same cost of -8. And with him you would have to get to 50 life to have the same effect.

No way the art is right.  The art for a planeswalker usually focuses on the pw more. And the art extends into text box lightly.
